Conferences – The Culinary Recipe from the XIIth to the XVIIth cent

Le programme de recherche CoReMA (Corpus des Recettes culinaires du Moyen Âge) vous propose un colloque virtuel du 17 au 28 mai 2021 : “La recette culinaire du XIIe au XVIIe siècles (Europe, Islam, Extrême Orient)” : conférences, tables rondes, et le vendredi interprétations de recettes et archéologie expérimentale !

Ce colloque offrira des regards croisés de chercheurs et de spécialistes en alimentation médiévale et historique autour des recettes de cuisine de ces époques.

Il se déroulera via Zoom
Deux sessions quotidiennes sont prévues (10h00-11h30 et 18h00-19h30), du lundi au vendredi, sur 10 jours.

CoReMA (Cooking  Recipes of the Middle Age) and Micrologus Society with the support of DIMAGIR research program (Région Centre Val de Loire-Univ. of Orléans) and CESR (Univ. of Tours) are happy to present you 10 days of panels, roundtables, demonstrations and discussion on the thematic : “The culinary recipe from the 12th to the 17th centuries (Europe, Islam, Far East)”. It’s the first act of the Micrologus Conference supported by UAI and POLEN laboratory “Between workshop and court: The recipe from the XIIth to the XVIIth centuries (Europe, Islam, Far East)”.

This international conference will offer you expert insight from top researchers and specialists in medieval and historical food will be focused on the cooking recipes of these time periods.

It will take place via Zoom. Two daily sessions are scheduled (10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.), from Monday to Friday
